Our mission is to celebrate one of the most challenging bakes in the world — the panettone — and to do it with passion, patience, and respect for tradition. We use only exceptional ingredients from small artisan producers, chosen for their unbeatable flavour. Through this craft, we want to bring the experience of a freshly baked, truly Italian panettone to people living here in the UK, straight from our oven in West London.
